Congress has directed AHQR to support
the development of primary care practice-based research networks
(PBRNs). To address the lack of current, reliable information
describing the practices, clinicians and patients enrolled in
PBRNs, AHRQ proposes to support a one-time survey of network
clinicians. The survey will provide denominator data needed to
inform future network planning and research.
