The requested
revision to the information collection associated with the NPRM,
"Commercial Driver's License...Noncommercial Motor Vehicle
Violations" (RIN: 2126-AA55), is not approved at this time. To
allow FMCSA to consider public comments on the NPRM and to finalize
this rulemaking, OMB's approval of the existing collection is
extended to 12-31-01. FMCSA may request a three-year extension of
the existing collection in the meantime.

An NPRM (RIN 2126-AA-55) "Commercial
Driver's License; Requirements and Penalties; Noncommercial Motor
Vehicle Violations," proposes disqualification regulations for
drivers subject to the CMVSA. Proposed changes, when promulated
into a Final rule would affect the currently-approved information
collection as outlined in this package.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that

1320.8(b)(3).
