The PRISMe program is assessing alternative models of delivering & financing mental health &/or substance abuse services for older adults through primary health care. The primary purpose is to specify the conditions under which integrated & referral models are most effective in terms of access, adherence, consumer outcomes, & system outcomes. Among older adults with depression, anxiety, alcoholism, & alcohol abuse with other drugs, & combinations of these disorders. This survey of providers participating in the treatment of these older adults will provide important information on communications patterns with, .......
