The agency must
immediately reevaluate the nonhour costs of this collection, $108
million as currently approved, and submit a Form 83-C to correct
them. In addition, the agency must reevaluate the potential for
generally allowing electronic submissions, as required by the
Government Paperwork Elimination Act, rather than requiring a
case-by-case review and pictures of handwritten signatures.
