The Employment and Training
Administration (ETA) of the Department of Labor is issuing a final
rule/direct final rule on the confidentiality and disclosure of
information in records compiled or maintained by the States for
purposes of the Federal-State unemployment compensation program.
The final rule modifies and expands the regulations implementing
the Income and Eligibility Verification System (IEVS) to include
statutory requirements in Title III of the Social Security Act, the
Federal Unemployment Tax Act, & the Wagner-Peyser Act
concerning the confidentiality and disclosure of
information...
