These regulations comprise the
existing provisions of the Student Assistance General Provisions
guidance regarding cash management. Information collection under
these regulatons relates to cash management requirements and
practices for institutins participating in the Title IV, HEA
programs.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
