Abstract: A checklist, consisting of a series of yes/no questions and easy-to-follow instructions, will be used to report the status of the computer-reliant systems that support Agency and tribally operated health care services. The checklist was developed by the Agency Y2K initiative team and is maintained on the Agency website at http://www.ihs.gov/Y2K. Tribally operated health care facility staff voluntarily provide the information via electronic feedback.
