A checklist, consisting of a series of
yes/no questions and easy-to-follow instructions, will be used to
report the status of the computer-reliant systems that support
Agency and tribally operated health care services. The checklist
was developed by the Agency Y2K initiative team and is maintained
on the Agency website at http://www.ihs.gov/Y2K. Tribally operated
health care facility staff voluntarily provide the information via
electronic feedback. The information collected will be used to
access Agency and tribally operated health care facilities Y2K Day
One....
