The Social Security Administration
(SSA) will use the information collected on the Organization
Profile questionnaire to create a data base of third-party
stakeholders. This data base will support the delivery of
information about Social Security programs to these interested
parties and enable SSA to target relevant information to those
organizations while restricting unwanted material. The respondents
are community organizations, State and local government agencies,
advocacy groups, and community service organizations.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
