NIH has agreed
to provide OMB with the response rate results of the incentive and
fulfillment tests, with the fulfillment test assessing response
rates in each mode. NIH will also add a component to the
fulfillment test that assesses data quality across survey modes
(e.g. physicians respond similarly by website as over the phone).
Last, NIH will revise the survey per their 8/17 response.
