This information will be used to make
funding decisions of the State grant program. The respondents are
SEAs charged with the authority to provide technical assistance to
LEAs within the State and to collect data on LEA population. The
attached information collection is a discretionary grant
application and falls under the streamlined clearance process for
discretionary grant information collection, 1890-0001.
