terms of clerance apply: 1) the race/ethnicity catgeories will not
contain an *other* category, but may at ED's discretion use the
category *more than one race reported*. 2) the instructions on
prior experience points will be updated to include the relevant CFR
cites for reference on how points are distributed (i.e. 34 CFR
643.22 for talent search and 34 CFR 644.22 for EOC). 3) ED will
change the date field in the instructions header so that it is Year
2000 compliant.

Talent Search and Educational
Opportunity Centers grantees are required to submit annual
performance reports to the Department so that ED personnel can
evaluate the grantees' performance and assess prior experience
points.
