consistent with the following terms: 1) ED will prepare a summary
assessment of all 9 seminars which will aggregate survey data among
all seminar participants in order to gain a complete picture of the
program's success and shortfalls. This summary assessment will be
developed based on a year's worth of survey responses and ED will
report to OMB 18 months from this clearance request on the results
of this aggregation; 2) ED will use the results of this survey (in
conjunction with other current surveys) to assess established
performance measures for international programs under GPRA; 3) In
order to improve the quality of the data reported in this survey,
ED will add the question, "The seminar improved your understanding
and knowledge of the people and culture of your host country."; 4)
ED will add a question to the survey which addresses the amount of
support (financial and other) that the participant's employer
provided in support of seminar activities; 5) ED will add to the
survey a summary question that asks about the overall quality of
the seminar.

participants under the Fulbright-Hays Seminars Abroad program to
evaluate the substance and quality of the seminars and the
administrative capability of the overseas agencies.
