Abstract: In order to ensure workplace safety, it is the responsibility of the employer to establish and follow a program of regular inspections of power presses and forging machines. The parts, equipment, and safeguards must be in a safe operating condition. The employer shall maintain records of these inspections and the maintenance work performed.
