These informtion
requirements were formerly approved under a generic clearance for
certification records under OMB #1218-0210. In drafting its
proposed rule on Revocation of Certification Records for Tests,
Inspections, and Trainging, DOL shall consider the public comments
received on these information requirements in this extension of PRA
approval.

In order to ensure workplace safety,
it is the responsibility of the employer to establish and follow a
program of regular inspections of power presses and forging
machines. The parts, equipment, and safeguards must be in a safe
operating condition. The employer shall maintain records of these
inspections and the maintenance work performed.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
