oral and written protocols to be used by companies in randomly
selecting cases for inclusion in the study.

We do not know how the presence of
private LTC insurance is associated with the use of interaction of
service modalities nor do we know how it is related to the use of
formal and informal care. The purpose of this research is to
provide basic descriptive statistics and multivariate analyses on
disabled, private LTC policyholders and to compare such data and
finds to non-insured disabled individuals in home and institutional
settings.
