This form will be used (as was the
OCSE-131) to report the expenditures and estimates made under title
IV-D for the purpose of enforcing the support obligations owed by
absent parents to their children and the spouse (or former spouse)
with whom such children are living, locating absent parents,
establishing paternity, obtaining child and spousal support, and
assuring that assistance in obtaining support will be available to
all children for whom such assistance is requested. To not continue
to collect this data could seriously compromise the nationwide
Child Support Enforcement Program.
