This Information
Collection is approved. At the time of approval, EPA is reviewing a
petition from the Wyoming Department of Agriculture to eliminate
the reporting and recodkeeping requirements for that state. EPA is
asked to inform OMB if the Agency decides to approve Wyoming's
petition. In that event, EPA will be asked to revise the burden
estimates for this Information Collection accordingly.

Sodium monoflouracetate (1080), a
previously banned pesticide, was reapproved for use in a new
delivery mechanism, the toxic collar. These reporting and
recordkeeping requirements are being instituted in order to monitor
the use, effectiveness, and/or any hazards resulting from the use
of the collars.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
