Abstract: This is a request for a no change extension of procedures by which the public may request the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR) to conduct public health assessments currently approved under this OMB information collection authority. Although there is no form for this information, these procedures have been set forth at 42 CFR part 90 "Public Health Assessments and Health Effects Studies of Hazardous Substances Releases and Facilities (Final Rule).
