This revision is
approved through June 1998. We have been concerned about the
quality of the Supporting Statement for this revision, particularly
the errors made in the calculation of burden and the lack of a
proper presentation of the reasons for changes in the burden
estimates. While NRC has now provided information to correct the
errors in the current submittal, we remind NRC that, for an ICR to
be considered properly submitted, all changes in burden estimates
must be clearly indicated and explained, and correctly
calculated.
