The agency must
display the assigned OMB control number and inform the public that
the agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required
to respond to, a collection of information unless it displays a
currently valid OMB control number. In addition, the agency should
consider eliminating portions of this information collection given
that a number of the required documents are readily available via
EDGAR.
