The FCC revised
the burden of this collection based on its experience with filers
using the revised Depreciation Rate Guide. The FCC should also
delete OMB's address from the Paperwork Reduction Act notice and
add the statement that filers should not submit their completed
reports to the FCC address contained in the statement.

Dominant communication common carriers
with annual operating revenues of $100 million or more, as adjusted
for inflation, are required to file information showing proposed
changes to their depreciation rates schedules pursuant to 47 CFR
section 43.43. The information filed is used by the Commission to
establish the proper depreciation rates to be charged by the
carriers.
