The Comprehensive Community Mental
Health Services Program for Children with Serious Emotional
Disturbances supports the development of more accessible and
appropriate services for children and adolescents with serious
emotional, behavioral, or mental disorders in 22 sites. An
evaluation will be conducted for a 5-year period in the 22 program
sites and four comparison sites. This study will collect outcome
data from children and families and process data from service
providers.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that

1320.8(b)(3).
