collection is approved through 6/99 under the following conditions:
as agreed to by the agency, ED will: 1) increase the classification
categories throughout the report to include snackbars; 2) change
the instructions for Line 2 in the Reporting Instructions. The
second line of those instructions should read, "The simplest way to
compute this value is to take the total value of the inventory on
hand at the beginning of the year, in terms of the cost paid by the
state licensing agencies for the goods; add the dollar amount of
the goods purchased by the state licensing agencies during the
year; and then subtract the total value of goods on hand at the
close of the year;" and 3) make available an electronic version of
this report on the Randolph-Sheppard bulletin board, to further
facilitate the electronic transmission of this information by state
agencies.
