U.S. Customs regulations require
importers to submit a Notice of Arrival, reviewed by EPA, for all
imported pesticides and devices. This process is necessary for
Customs to comply with FIFRA section 17(c), which requires EPA be
notified of all such imports.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
