The proposed survey, as required by
law, is needed to request information from private-sector users
regarding their views of the competitiveness of Ex-Im's programs
with the export credit programs offered by the Governments of the
major OECD countries. The affected public will be U.S. financial
institutions and exporters knowledgeable of Ex-Im's programs. The
aggregate results of the survey will be published in Ex-Im's annual
Competitiveness Report to the U.S. Congress. On 11/08/95,
permission was given to make minor technical and format
changes.
