This information
collection is approved through 2-99 under the following conditions:
Ed will ensure that the companion VR Study of Organizational
Climate collects information on program inputs including VR
emphasis (i.e. the agency's philosophy and active support) for
integrated/supported employment. If this increases the burden of
the collection, ED will sumbit an inventory correction worksheet to
reflect the increase. ED shall also explore the feasibility of
collecting earnings infromation as a measure of program success in
the future through a computer match with SSA. OMB offers its
assistance in this area, if necessary. ED shall submit a
description of the comparison group including how it will be
constituted and what analyses will be made accordingly prior to
implementing the survey. ED and OMB will mutually agree on the
comparison group design prior to the analysis of the data.
