Extension without change of a currently approved collection
The information collected by these
forms is used by SSA to determine a student's alleged full-time
attendance at an educational institution in order to determine that
student's eligibility for social secuirty student benefits. The
affected public consists of the school officials who provide the
information on these forms.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
