Finally, this package is approved per the revised renumeration policy outlined in the attached PHS memorandum.

Abstract: A pilot study is proposed of a consolidated application and interview process for the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Scholarship Program. The revised application process is designed to improve the Agency's ability to identify applicants likely to remain in primary care after they have completed their service obligation.
