package for less than the maximum three-year period allowed under
the Paperwork Reduction Act due to the results of the tissue bank
survey still not being available -- a condition of the last
approval for this package. In addition, HHS expects to issue a
final Human Tissue for Transplantation rule in the near
future.

infectious disease testing, donor screening, and recordkeeping to
help prevent the transmission of AIDS and hepatitus through human
tissue used in transplantation.
