Under the School-to-Work Opportunities
Act of 1994, local partnerships may submit applications to apply
for funds through School-to-Work Opportunities Local Partnership
Grants. Local partnerships will be invited to submit applications
to compete to receive funds. This submission is to clear the
paperwork burden associated with the proposed selection criteria,
administrative cost cap, and definitions that are being proposed
for the final application package.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
