of the same collection, in order to allow ED additional time to
address these concerns which also included several public comments.

The applications and prepared

dischargeability of obligation of student borrowers (or their
parnts) in situations where their attended schools have closed, or
where school officials have falsely certified such students as able
to benefit, or have forged their signature.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
