Abstract: The At-Risk Program provides child care to families who are not receiving AFDC, need child care to work and would otherwise be at risk of becoming eligible for AFDC. The information required on this form will allow the Federal Government to compute the quarterly grant awards for the program and to compute funds required to operate the program for the upcoming quarter.
