THE FEDERAL PELL GRANT PROGRAM
PROVIDES GRANTS TO ELIGIBLE STUDENTS BASED ON FINANCIAL NEED TO
MEET THE COSTS OF POSTSECONDARY EDUCATION. TO DETERMINE THE
ELIGIBILITY OF STUDENTS, INSTITUTIONS MUST PROVIDE INFORMATION TO
ESTABLISH THE ELIGIBILTIY OF STUDENTS. THE PRESIDENTIA ACCESS
SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM PROVIDES SUPPLEMENTAL AID TO FEDERAL PELL GRANT
RECIPIENTS THAT PARTICIPATE IN EARLY INTERVENTION
PROGRAMS.
