Abstract: PROGRAM COMPLIANCE INDICATORS WERE DEVELOPED IN RESPONSE TO REQUIREMEN CONTAINED IN THE 1986 AMENDMENTS TO THE REHABILITATION ACT. THESE INDICATORS WILL BE USED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION TO DETERMINE WHETHER PROJECTS WITH INDUSTRY (PWI) PROGRAM GRANTEES PERFORMANCE IS A LEVEL TO WARRANT GRANT CONTINUATION.
