Abstract: THE STATUTE ESTABLISHING THE PROGRAM REQUIRES THAT THE AWARDEES OF THE SCHOLARSHIPS BE ENROLLED IN CERTAIN MAJOR FIELDS OF STUDY AND THEN FULFILL A 1-YEAR SERVICE OBLIGATION UPON GRADUATION. THE INFORMATION BE COLLECTED IS REQUIRED TO ASSURE THAT THE STUDENTS ARE ENROLLED IN ACCEPTABLE MAJORS.
