Abstract: THE INFORMATION OBTAINED BY FORM SSA-3820 IS USED BY THE SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION TO HELP MAKE A DETERMINATION IN CLAIMS FOR DISABLED CHILDREN. THE RESPONDENTS ARE CLAIMANTS FOR THOSE BENEFITS WHO MAY BE ENTITLED BECAUSE OF ALLEGED DISABILITIES.
