The AETC pilot
is approved for use through 3/95. OMB recommends that HRSA briefs
OMB on the results of the pilot and outstanding issue prior to the
final submission for Paperwork Reduction Act review. Also, HRSA
should submit a correction worksheet that accounts for the burden
of this pilot separate from a full scale effort.

AIDS EDUCATION AND TRAINING CENTERS
(AETC'S) ARE REQUIRED, AS A CONDITION OF AWARD, TO CONDUCT
ASSESSMENTS OF TRAINING NEEDS IN THEIR SERVICE AREAS EVERY THREE
YEARS. A STANDARDIZED PROTOCOL HAS BEEN DEVELOPED FOR IDENTIFYING
TRAINING NEEDS OF PHYSICIANS, PHYSICIAN ASSISTANTS, NURSES,
CERTIFIED NURSE PRACTITIONERS, DENTISTS, AND DENTA
HYGIENISTS.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
