EFFECTIVE THE SSA-4122 (YOUR SUPPLEMENTAL SECURITY INCOME (SSI)
FOLDER) IS IN REDUCING FIELD OFFICE AND QUALITY REVIEW DEVELOPMENT
AND WHETHER IT IMPROVES THE RECIPIENT'S REPORTING OF CHANGES. THE
RESPONDENTS ARE SSI RECIPIENTS WHO ARE SELECTED FOR QUALITY
REVIEW.
