SCHOOLS THAT WISH TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PRESIDENTIAL ACADEMIC FITNESS AWARDS PROGRAM WILL RETURN THE ORDER FORM, CONFIRMING THEIR ADDRESS, AND INDICATE ON THE ORDER FORM THE NUMBER OF AWARDS NEEDED BY EXIT GRADE AT THE SCHOOL.
