Abstract: THIS SURVEY OF MILITARY VETERANS, SPOUSES, AND FORMER ARMY CIVILIAN PERSONNEL IS BEING CONDUCTED TO EVALUATE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF DEPARTME OF DEFENSE TRANSITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM ELEMENTS, INCLUDING THOSE THA COMPRISE THE ARMY'S JOB ASSISTANCE CENTERS. INDIVIDUALS ARE BEING INTERVIEWED REGARDING SEVERAL INDICATORS OF LABOR MARKET SUCCESS.
