Terms of Clearance: Approved as amended by DOL's 9/27/93 memorandum to OMB. DOL has agree to modify the instructions for the State Job Training Plan, to allow single-SDA States to reference the GCSSP if information required by th JTP is also provided in the GCSSP. This will eliminate any potential duplication between the two documents. In addition, Item II.A.1 of th GCSSP shall instruct States that the annual statement of goals and objectives required under Section 121(a)(1) of JPTA may be used as the source of Title II program goals asked for under II.A.1, to the extent that Title II goals are included in the annual statement.
