Abstract: MILITARY MEMBERS AND THEIR FAMILIES ARE OFFERED ASSISTANCE IN ADAPTATI TO MILITARY LIFE THROUGH THE PROGRAMS AND SERVICES OF THE FAMILY SUPPO CENTER (FSC). THE FSC SERVES AS THE FOCAL POINT FOR PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES THAT SERVE MILITARY FAMILIES. THESE FORMS PROVIDE INFORMATION ON USAGE AND TRENDS FOR PROGRAM EVALUATION TARGETING AND BUDGETING, AS WELL AS REPORTS TO DOD AND CONGRESS.
