In accordance
with the Paperwork Reducation Act and 5 cfr 1320, the IC is not
approved. After a careful review of the materials submitted by DOC
in support of this ICR, OMB has concluded that DOC has not
adequately justified the practical utility of this collection. OMB
believes that DOC should review the information collected on the
financial disclosure form and analyze whether or not it satisfies
the intent of the Magnuson Act. After NOAA has reviewed this issue
and made any changes which it feels are necessary and appropriate,
NOAA should resubmit it to OMB for further review.
