insurance coverage of drug treatment services. In addition, the
next MTQAS submission for OMB review should follow-up on bias
issues addressed on pgs. 4 and 5 of the Revised Responses to OMB,as
we as developments in the case mix methodology. Finally, NIDA
seriously should evaluate the practical utility of questions with
low interrater reliability or client understanding. Cognitive
testing of questions with low ratings of client comprehension may
be appropriate before the Field Trial.
