Pursuant to the
PRA and 5 CFR 1320, this collection of information is approved for
three years. However, since the NRC did not address eith of the
questions asked in the previous terms of clearance, OMB is not
approving the requirements which would be imposed on the regulated
community by 10 CFR.33(b)&(c) and 10 CFR 34.43(d). If the NRC
believe that these requirements are necessary, then it should
address the questions posed by OMB in the previous terms of
clearance and resubmit the ICR to OMB.
