Terms of Clearance: As DOL has requested, we have granted short-term approval to allow additional time for submission of the final regulation underlying these paperwork requirements. In reviewing the comments related to these requirements, DOL shall seek to minimize the burden of this form and of the accompanying recordkeeping provisions. Prior to resubmission, DOL shall determine whether these requirements actually enhance retention and promotion of American nurses. DOL shall report the findings of this analysis in its next submission for PRA review.
