collection is approved through 9-93 under the following conditions:
As agreed to by the Agency, ACF will collapse the coding for 23a/d
Types of Child Care to combine family day care, with group family
day care provided by a relative into one type, (Codes 2 and 4); and
combine family day care and group family day care provided by a
non-relative into one type (Codes 3 and 5). In addition, ACF will
clarify in the instructions that informal, non-regulated care,
outside the child's home, should be coded under the new collapsed
family care codes.
