Abstract: SECTION 4 OF THE CHILD NUTRITION ACT (CNA) OF 1966, P.L. 89-642, AS AMENDED, AUTHORIZES THE SCHOOL BREAKFAST PROGRAM (SBP). THE REGULATIONS SUBMITTED HEREIN SET FORTH POLICIES FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE SBP BY STATE AGENCIES AND FOR ITS OPERATION BY LOCAL LEVEL ORGANIZATIONS. THIS SUBMISSION REQUESTS CLEARANCE FOR AN EXTENSION OF THE EXPIRATION DATE OF THE CURRENTLY APPROVED COLLECTION AND REFLECTS
