THE COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
REQUIREMENT IS THAT THOSE CREDIT UNIONS SEEKING AN EXEMPTION FROM
THE 20 PERCENT LIMIT MUST SUBMIT THEIR LENDI AND INVESTMENT
POLICIES AND AN EXPLANATION OF THE REQUEST TO THE NCUA REGIONAL
DIRECTOR WITHIN 60 DAYS. THIS IS NECESSARY TO PROTECT THE NATIONAL
CREDIT UNION SHARE INSURANCE FUND.

1320.8(b)(3).
