As agreed to by SSA the agency will: 1) Remove the 6-9 month
follow-up from this submission, and resubmit a more tailored
follow-up survey as soon as possible. 2) Do not creat a specialized
control group. Instead, compare the satisfaction questions from the
treatment survey, with the identical questions from the "800
Evaluation Caller Recontact." This will be used as a mea for
measuring the impact of receipts on overall client
satisfaction.

DETERMINE CALLER SATISFACTION AND REACTION TO SSA'S SERVICE OF
ISSUING A RECEIPT FOLLOWING A CALL TO THE 800 NUMBER. THE
RESPONDENTS ARE SELECTED INDIVIDUALS WHO CALL SSA'S 800
NUMBER.
