Abstract: THIS FORM IS USED BY STATE EDUCATIONAL AGENCIES TO SUBMIT A BIENNIAL REPORT TO THE SECRETARY CONCERNING EXPENDITURES OF EIEP FUNDS BY THEIR LOCAL EDUCATIONAL AGENCIES, AS WELL AS NATIONAL ORIGIN OF IMMIGRANT CHILDREN SERVED UNDER THE EMERGENCY IMMIGRANT EDUCATION ACT (TITLE VI PUB. L. 98-511, 20 U.S.C. 4101-4108, AS AMENDED BY PUB. L. 100-297, 20 U.S.C. 3121-3130).
